1 - SHIPPING
Zwitter ships from Paris, France to anywhere in the world. You can track your order at any time. The shipping price of your order is free.
FRANCE: Standard shipping is free for all orders within France
INTERNATIONAL: Standard shipping is free for all orders to the rest of the world.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you provided when you placed your order.
If you order Product(s) requiring international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import taxes payable upon receipt of the order. You will be responsible for these import taxes. Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs authority for more information before placing your order. In the event that you wish to return an item, import taxes will be refunded if they were included in the purchase price. If they were not included, you will be responsible for reclaiming these taxes from your customs authorities.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws of the country of delivery of the Products. We will not be responsible for any breach of such laws by you.
2 - SHIPPING TIME

3 - ORDER
Please select the chosen Products and put them in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. At any time, you can proceed to any deletion of the Products on the page of visualization of your basket, by directing you on the black icon "Basket (0)" available on all the pages of the Site in top on the right. Please consult the summary of your order by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" icon or the "View Cart" button. At this stage, you can check the details of your order, identify any errors made in the data entry and correct them.
After validating the basket by clicking on the "Validate Order" button, please finalize your order by filling out the order form. We reserve the right to choose the carrier for the delivery. Please read these terms and conditions and accept them explicitly by checking the box "I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale" before proceeding to the payment of your order.
To pay the amount of your order by clicking on the "Order" button, we give you access to 2 secure payment options via our approved partners.
By clicking on "Order", you definitively validate your payment, which is followed by an e-mail confirmation of your order.
Please note: You expressly agree to the use of your email by Zwitter for marketing purposes regarding the brand and its news.
Once the payment is made, you do not have the possibility to modify your order. However, you still have the possibility to make use of its right of withdrawal, the terms of which are described in the article " 4) Return Policy below. However, some products, depending on their nature, are not subject to this right of withdrawal, as explained in the categories " 5) Products and " 4) Return Policy " of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Zwitter reserves the right to refuse to honor the order in the event of a dispute until the dispute is resolved. In such cases, you will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation of your order and you will be reimbursed for any amounts due, if any, paid prior to the cancellation of your order by Zwitter.
4 - RETURN POLICY
Zwitter is committed to providing you with high quality products, all made in France in its workshop in Paris (75). Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, Zwitter will exchange it or reimburse you (special case).
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products. Please contact customer service before returning an item by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with a copy of the invoice, to the following address

We will provide you with a return form sent by email and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Customs fees may be retained in case of return from a country outside the European Union. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as is, at your expense. Unidentified returned packages can be sent back to the sender.
Returned Products must comply with our return policy below.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you received them (to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the Products). This means that Zwitter apparel and accessories must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original tags.
If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the terms of return), we may deduct an amount up to the full value of the Product, depending on the devaluation caused by your handling of the Product.
PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Some Zwitter Products, in particular parts adapted to your body dimensions, are considered by French law to be custom-made. These customized Products are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded.
This exception to the right of withdrawal is clearly indicated in the Product Sheets of the Products concerned.
However, for certain reasons (error on the order, non-conforming or damaged products) reported to the Zwitter Customer Service, you have fourteen (14) days to retract from the day of receipt of the order. You will be able to receive a new delivery without being charged for the return.
Please note that you have 30 days after the return date to contact us and verify that the return has been received. After this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee a refund. You will be reimbursed by the same method of payment used for your order.
We will refund the price of the Product(s) in full (except for any deductions we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the Product(s)). However, we will not refund the cost of sending the Product(s) to us, which is your responsibility. We will refund you the full amount received, using the same payment method you used to make your purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
5 - PRODUCTS
While we take every precaution to ensure that Products are accurately depicted in the photos available on the Zwitter.fr website, some details (such as color, print, or texture) may vary depending on the resolution of your monitor and thus differ slightly from the Product you receive.
All information on the Zwitter. fr website regarding size is for reference only. If you are unsure of the size, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order.
The creation time of a piece ranges from 1 to 7 working days, depending on the techniques, the materials, and the working time necessary for the piece. This time may be added to the delivery time when the product is not in stock and is ordered by the Customer.
The creation time of a semi-measured part (created at the request and to the measurements of the Customer and having for base an already existing model) can extend from 5 to 15 working days. This time can be added to the initial delivery time.
If any of the delivered Product(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, you have several legal remedies available to you, depending on when you reported the problem to us and your legal rights. If you believe that any of the Product(s) delivered was damaged, or was defective, you must notify us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and reference number. Nothing in this section affects your rights.
6 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices of the products correspond to the prices indicated on the Zwitter. fr website. The currency is generated automatically according to your location and will be confirmed at the time of payment. Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Important: Shipping is free.
Payments for all orders must be made by PayPal or Credit Card via Stripe, which accept most credit and debit cards.
Online payments are subject to validation by your card issuer, we are not responsible if they decide for any reason to decline a payment. We also perform pre-authorizations on your card and products will not be shipped until this pre-authorization verification has been completed. Please note that some card issuers may require payment for online fulfillment fees for which we are not responsible.
From time to time we run promotions that require promotional codes. These may be used to partially pay for Product(s) ordered online, subject to the terms and conditions under which they were set up (as stated in the promotion emails containing the promotional codes). Promotional codes can only be used once during the period and are for the Products stipulated. Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
