If you have received an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fix the problem. Our customers are our top priority, so we are happy to help. Please email us at contact@zwitter.fr with your order number and a description of the problem. An attached photo would be greatly appreciated.

Please email our customer service department at contact@zwitter.fr. Be sure to include your order number and the billing address you wish to add to the invoice.

Please be sure to copy and paste the code as you received it, and please check that you have not added any unnecessary space. If you are still having problems applying the code, please contact us at contact@zwitter.fr

Please note that we cannot apply the code after you place your order!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification, which contains a link to track your order. You can also visit the COLISSIMO websiteAll you need is the tracking number we provided you.

Questions Return products

You may request a refund of your order within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order, without having to provide any reason. If you wish to request such a refund, please let us know at our customer service email address (contact@zwitter.fr) within fourteen (14) days. Following your e-mail, you will have fourteen (14) days to send us the item(s).

Plus, we always love to hear from our customers, so if you feel like sharing some thoughts on the products you've ordered, we'd love it.

Once you have requested a return number from our customer service department, please send us the unwanted item(s) as a tracked package and provide us with the tracking number. Until we receive your return in our warehouse, the items and their conditions are your responsibility.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed in the same manner as the original method of payment, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item. We will refund the original price you paid for the item.

To return an order, please contact our customer service via contact@zwitter.fr, indicating your order number and the items you wish to return, so that they can provide you with all the necessary information, and give you a return number.


If you have received an item that is not yours, you may return it using our returns department. Exchanges are only applicable to the same item in a different size or color. In this case, you must place a new order for the other item you wish to receive instead. You can find out more about returns in our Terms and Conditions.


Shipping fees are not refundable as they are free.
