1 – SHIPPING
Zwitter delivers from Paris, worldwide. You can track your order at any time. The delivery price of your order is for free.
FRANCE: Standard delivery is free for all orders for France
INTERNATIONAL: Standard delivery is free for all orders worldwide.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided when you place your order.
If you order Product(s) requiring international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import taxes to be paid upon receipt of the order. You will be responsible for these import taxes. Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot predict their amounts. Please contact your local customs authority for more information before placing your order. In the event that you wish to return an item, import taxes will be refunded if they were included in the purchase price. If they were not included, you would be responsible for the steps to recover these taxes from your customs authorities.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws of the country where the Products are delivered. We will not be responsible for any breach of these laws by you.
2 – DELIVERY SCHEDULES

3 – ORDER
Please select the selected Products and put them in the shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. At any time, you can delete any Products on the view page of your shopping cart, by clicking on the black “Shopping Cart (0)” icon available on all pages of the website at the top right. Please consult the summary of your order by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” icon or the “View Shopping Cart” button. At this point, you can check the details of your order, identify any errors in data entry and correct them.
After validating the basket by clicking on the “Validate Order” button, please finalize your order by completing the order form. We reserve the right to choose the carrier of delivery. Please read these GTC and accept them explicitly by checking the box “I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale” before proceeding with the payment of your order.
By clicking on “Order”, you definitively validate your payment, which is followed by an e-mail confirming your order.
Note: you formally accept the use of your e-mail from Zwitter for commercial purposes concerning the brand and its products.
Once the payment has been made, you no longer have the possibility to modify your order. However, you still have the possibility to exercise your right of withdrawal, the terms of which are described in the article “4) Return Policy” below. However, some products, depending on their nature, are not subject to this right of withdrawal, as explained in the categories “5) Products” and “4) Return Policy” of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Zwitter reserves the right to refuse to honour the order in the event of a dispute until the dispute is resolved. In these cases, you will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation of your order and you will be refunded the sums due, if any, paid prior to the cancellation of your order by Zwitter.
4 – RETURN POLICY
Zwitter is committed to providing you with high quality products, all made in France in its workshop in Paris (75). Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, Zwitter undertakes to exchange it or refund it (special case).
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products to us. Please contact customer service before returning an item by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice, to the following address :

We will provide you with a return form sent by email and the return costs will be deducted from your refund. Customs fees may be charged in the event of return from a country outside the European Union. Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you at your own expense. Unidentified returned packages may be returned to the sender.
Returned Products must comply with our return policy below.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products in your possession, and you must return them under the same conditions in which you received them (to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the Products). This means that Zwitter clothing and accessories must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original labels.
If you do not comply with the above obligations (including return conditions), we may deduct an amount up to the total value of the Product, depending on the devaluation that your treatment of the Product has caused.
PRODUCTS THAT ARE AN EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Some Zwitter Products, in particular parts adapted to your body dimensions, are considered by French law to be tailor-made. These personalised Products are therefore an exception to the right of withdrawal, and cannot be returned or refunded.
This exception to the right of withdrawal is clearly indicated in the Product Sheets of the Products concerned.
However, for certain reasons (error on the order, non-conforming or damaged products) reported to Zwitter Customer Service, you have fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the order to retract. You will be able to benefit from a new delivery without any return costs being charged.
Please note that you have 30 days after the return date to contact us and verify that the return has been received. Beyond this 30-day period, we cannot guarantee a refund. You will be refunded by the payment method used when you place your order.
We will refund you the full amount of the price of the Product(s) (except deductions that we are entitled to make due to your use or damage of the Product(s)). However, we will not reimburse you for the cost of sending us the Product(s), this cost is your responsibility. We will refund you the full amount received, using the same method of payment as the one used when you purchased, unless we have agreed otherwise.
5 – PRODUCTS
Although we take every precaution to ensure that the Products are accurately described using the photos available on the Zwitter.fr website, some details (such as color, print or texture) may vary depending on the resolution of your screen and thus slightly differ from the Product you receive.
Any information on the Zwitter.fr website regarding size is for information purposes only. If you have any doubts about the size, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order.
The creation time of a part ranges from 1 to 7 working days, depending on the techniques, materials, and working time required for the part. This period may be added to the delivery time when the product is not in stock and is ordered by the Customer.
The time required to create a semi-customized part (created at the request and measurements of the Customer and based on an existing model) can range from 5 to 15 working days. This period may be in addition to the initial delivery time.
If one of the delivered Products is defective or damaged upon receipt, you have several legal means at your disposal, depending on when you reported the problem to us and your legal rights. If you believe that any of the delivered Product(s) have been damaged, or were defective, you must inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and reference number. Nothing in this section affects your rights.
6 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
The prices of the Products correspond to the prices indicated on the Zwitter.fr Website. The currency is automatically generated according to your location and will be confirmed at the time of payment. Prices are in euros (€) including VAT. Note : Shipping costs are for free.
Payments for all orders must be made by PayPal or Credit Card via Stripe, which accepts most credit and debit cards.
Online payments are subject to validation by your card issuer, we are not responsible if the card issuer decides for any reason to decline a payment. We also pre-authorize your card and the products will only be shipped once this pre-authorization verification has been completed. Please note that some card issuers may request payment for online execution fees for which we are not responsible.
From time to time, we organize promotions that require promotional codes. These can be used to partially pay for one or more products ordered online, subject to the terms and conditions under which they were set up (as stipulated in promotional emails containing promotional codes). Promotional codes may only be used once during the period and relate to the stipulated Products. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
